While we aim to comply with these guidelines, we also recognize that the IT landscape is constantly evolving. Our Policy & Standards Compliance
Many internet users with disabilities find websites difficult or even impossible to use because of the way they are designed. We have therefore designed our website to be as accessible as possible and compatible with adaptive and assistive technologies used by people with disabilities, including screen readers and screen magnifiers.
The technical accessibility requirements are based on BITV 2.0 and WCAG 2.2.
We endeavor to ensure that all pages on this website comply with the accessibility guidelines and general principles of accessible design laid down by the WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) Working Group of the W3C.
To this end, we conduct regular audits, updates and training sessions, propagating accessible practices and solutions amongst our teams.
In particular, this website is currently under remediation following an initial audit. The formal conformance status will be published after the planned re-assessment.

Non-accessible content
For the utmost transparency, we outline some of the remaining potential problems that we are working to improve:
- Documents up to and including 2025 on our Investor Relations pages are not accessible. We have adapted our processes to ensure future documents will be accessible.
- The video on the "About us" page currently lacks captions and audio description, which we are working to provide.
- Our default video player is currently too verbose and announces all controls. We are working on custom controls to improve this behavior.
- Photo accordions are not fully displayed when zooming to 200% or more, and keyboard focus is sometimes not visible. We are working on a solution to this issue.
- Our site is currently missing an alternative access route. We are working on a search function to provide an alternative route to content.
